Payment Terms

E-Mandate & Autopay Agreement

Effective Date: 1 June 2026 | Compliant with RBI/NPCI Guidelines

1. Authorization for Recurring Payments

By selecting the Autopay E-Mandate or EMI Downpayment option, you ("the Customer") hereby authorize DealBana Marketing and our designated payment aggregator (Razorpay) to initiate recurring electronic debits from your selected payment method (Bank Account via Netbanking/Debit Card or UPI Autopay).

This authorization is intended for the recovery of the remaining balance of your order as per the split-payment or EMI plan selected during checkout.

This electronic authorization (e-Mandate) is legally valid under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and has the same legal effect as a physically signed NACH mandate.

2. Split-Payment / EMI Plan

The standard mandate recovery plan for DealBana orders is as follows:

  • Initial Payment: 50% of the order total is charged at the time of order placement to authorize the mandate.
  • Remaining Balance: The balance amount is split into 3 monthly installments.
  • Billing Cycle: Installments are typically debited every 30 days from the date of the first authorization, or as per the specific schedule displayed during checkout.

3. Mandate Details & Limits

During the setup process, you will be presented with the Unique Mandate Reference Number (UMRN), the maximum mandate amount, and the validity period.

  • Purpose: Consumer Durable / Service Payment.
  • Frequency: As presented (Monthly/As and when presented).
  • Amount: The total order value (plus applicable taxes/fees) serves as the upper limit for the mandate.

For UPI Autopay, a no-PIN limit of ₹15,000 per installment applies as per RBI guidelines. Installments exceeding this amount may require a manual PIN entry or an alternative mandate method (Card/Netbanking).

4. Pre-Debit Notifications & Alerts

In compliance with RBI regulations for recurring payments:

  • You will receive a pre-debit notification (via SMS/Email) from your bank or payment issuer at least 24 hours before each installment is debited.
  • This notification will contain the merchant name, amount, date of debit, and a link/facility to opt-out or cancel the specific transaction if required.
  • A post-transaction confirmation will be sent immediately after every successful debit.

5. Security & Compliance

DealBana Marketing complies with all applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) guidelines, including the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

All recurring payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, Razorpay. DealBana does not store your sensitive banking credentials or UPI PIN.

6. Cancellation & Modification

You may request to cancel your Autopay mandate at any time through the following channels:

  • The "Manage Mandates" section in your bank's mobile app or net banking portal.
  • Your UPI app (for UPI Autopay mandates).
  • Contacting DealBana support at least 3 business days before the next scheduled debit.

Note: Cancellation of the mandate does not absolve you of the obligation to pay the remaining balance for products already received.

7. Payment Failure & Retries

In the event an installment fails due to insufficient funds:

  • Our system will automatically attempt to retry the debit within a few days (bounded retries).
  • Your bank may charge "check bounce" or "mandate return" fees as per their policy. DealBana Marketing is not liable for these charges.
  • Persistent failure to pay may result in suspension of services or legal recovery actions as per Indian Law.
